     Pam Rossi was raised in a dancing family. After extensive training she ventured out to dance on TV, movies, commercials and in Las Vegas. Pam has had the opportunity to work with such talent as Jerry Lewis, Don Rickles, George Carlin, Johnny Carson, Chita Rivera, Debbie Allen, Bernadette Peters, Sandy Duncan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Keaton, Penny Marshal, Thalia and the late, great Lucille Ball. She has choreographed and staged for Delta Burke, Hulk Hogan, Englebert Humperdinck as well as James Brown's HBO special and World Tour. She also danced on three of Barry Manilow's TV specials including Copa Cabana. In addition, she has had the pleasure to work with some of the great movie and TV directors such as Ron Howard in Swing Shift and Emmy winning directors: Louis J Horvitz, Bruce Gowers, and Gary Halverson.

     Choreographer Director Kevin Carlisle had a major impact on Pam's dance career when he hired her for the dancing part on the 1980's TV show Solid Gold. Pam has assisted choreographer Anita Mann with shows in England, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas, and has been a master teacher in colleges and schools throughout Arizona, Nevada and California. Pam can be seen in Disney's Movie Country Bears and commercials for Dr. Pepper, Mervyns, Canada Dry, and Jack in the Box. She recently finished a Japanese commercial dancing with Cameron Diaz and Pam danced at a tribute to dancers and choreographers at the Ford Anson Theater in Hollywood.The original Solid Gold Dancers came together on stage more time.

     She strives to educate and build self confident dancers and give them a strong training so they may have many opportunities to perform and just have fun dancing!








Julia Felker

       Julia Felker has over 35 years experience as a teacher, choreographer, and performer. She began her dance training in 1965 with the San Diego Civic Youth Ballet, and, by 1971, was training in jazz, tap, and gymnastics. At age 15, Julia began dancing, singing, and choreographing for musicals at high schools, universities, community theaters, and churches and, to date, has choreographed over 25 full-length productions, including "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" for which she received an award for outstanding choreography. Julia also co-wrote, directed, and choreographed an original musical, "The Queen of Can't". While a student at the University of Redlands, UC Riverside, and Cal Arts, she began her extensive training in modern dance while performing professionally with Urban Sprawl and Dance Gallery. During the summers of 1975 to 1980, she attended lengthy intensives with Seattle-based Bill Evans Dance Co. and Utah-based Repertory Dance Theater. From 1977 to 1985, Julia was a guest artist for the University of Redland's annual concert, and, from 1986 to 1989, she directed their dance program and concerts. She has also trained and performed with members of the Bella Lewitzsky Dance Co., guest performed with Jazz Dancers, Inc., was a five year member of Frances Zappella and Dancers, and, from 1986 to 1996, performed extensively with L.A.-based Donna Sternberg & Dancers. She has guest-taught and performed at over 30 institutions, including Idyllwild School of Music and the Arts, USC, UCLA, CSLA, Arizona State, Colorado State, Virginia Wesleyan College, Riverside City College, Wellesley College, and, for 20 yrs., at Moorpark College. In 1984, she joined the Alleluia Dance Theater, a liturgical dance company and part of the Sacred Dance Guild. As co-director of the company, she has performed in hundreds of worship services, celebrations, and festivals and led workshops and retreats at churches, missions, retreat centers, and private institutions throughout the U.S. Julia has taught in Ventura County for over 25 yrs., including over 15 yrs. at Dance Ten, the Conejo Community Center, and the Pizazz Summer Arts Program. She's been on the dance faculty at Cal Lutheran University since 2001.


Val Manchin

       Valerie received her strong dance training at Pat Jackson's American Dance in San Luis Obispo. She also taught at the American Dance School and was a performer with the American Dance Company for 5 years. Val was with the Gilbert Reed Ballet Company and has appeared in Carmen, Firebird, A Christmas Carole and Peter and the Wolf. Val wanted to continue her intense training and received a year-long scholarship program in Los Angeles. She taught and assisted in Italy for choreographer Adam Parson. Val appeared in Jamie King's video, "She Moves - Breaking all the Rules". Val is a choreographer and soloist dancer for Moorpark Civic Ballet, "The Nutcracker." She has recieved special awards for her choreography. Val is the dance director for Pam Rossi's Sr. Dance Company, and Dance Express. Val has achieved and recieved high technique and choreography awards for her award winning routines.




Kathy McCourt

     Kathy was raised on the East Coast where she received extensive dance training in ballet, tap and jazz, from various dance schools and at the University of Delaware. After she moved to California, Kathy continued her dance training, and taught ballet, tap and jazz in Moorpark. She then took some time off to raise her family. Kathy and her children enjoy the dance life together. Most recently she taught a Dance Enrichment Program at Bedford School in Camarillo. Kathy is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and love of dance with all those who are eager to learn.


Rod Howell

     Rod has had extensive training and experience performing in the areas of tap and jazz. His performance credits include The Nutcracker, US Dance Olympus Tour, Miss Kansas Pageant, Lincoln Center Showcase, Edge Performing Arts Scholarship show, Miss America pageant, The House of Blues and Rhythm from the Feet, and Mind and Soul. He has trained with Gregg Russell and has taught at a variety of dance studios including Edge Performing Arts Center, LA Underground, and the 3D Dance Network. Rod shares his interests and special abilities of choreography and computer assisted music editing/mixing with many students at Dance Ten. He most recently choreographed, composed, and was featured on the national network Soap Net. Rod's sounds can be heard at Miss America Pageants, and online at www.unitedtaps.com. He is proud of being the creator of the world's largest tap video dictionary. Rod has also won many high scoring and entertainment awards for his very creative and innovative Tap Choreography.


Jennifer Howell

     Jennifer Wolfson Howell began seriously dancing around age 11. She now shares her talents as a teacher and choreographer. Jennifer is one of the original members of Tapsounds Underground. She has worked along side Greg Russell and 3D Dance Network for the past 2 years, assistant directing. She has choreographed award winning numbers for various competitions and pageants in the area. She also is very proud of her sociology degree from U.S.C.


Tania Hoyt

     Tania comes from a family of entertainers. Her mother was a singer and her father was a entertainer in theatre, movies, TV and a published writer. She was trained at several Film Industry Workshops including Hollywood North. Tania performed (danced and sang) in a musical theatre group called Edward's On Stage Kids for many years. She has been dancing for more than 30 years - Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Pointe. She was trained extensively by Dan Durrie of Boston Ballet and Joffrey Ballet, focusing strongly in ballet and Pointe. Tania joined his dance company and performed tap, jazz, ballet and musical theatre all over the San Franando Valley and LA areas. Her training also includes Joe Tremaine, Barry Lather, Dennon Rawles, Douglas Caldwell, and Marcia Lane. Tania has been teaching many years for all levels and ages and enjoys every minute of it. She has performed and choreographed several award winning routines for competitions, including choreography for the Santa Susanna Choir. Tania also has 2 certifications in Pilates Mat and a certification in Yoga. She absolutely loves performing and dancing - it is her life long passion!


Rachel Dubusky

     Rachel has been dancing at Pam Rossis Dance Ten for many years. She has been a part of our award winning Dance Companies for over ten years and has also choreographed several winning pieces. She is a well-rounded dancer with a strong background in jazz, tap, and ballet. Rachel has performed at numerous venues including a cruise ship as well as on stages at Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Las Vegas, and Santa Cruz. Rachel has trained at the Edge with Adam Parsons. She has studied with Jackie Slieght-Cory Finn-Joe Loerna- Mark Meismer. Rachel is dance director for Dance Dynamics. Her eye for detail and passion for dance brings her talents and choreography to a true artistic form.
Keri Pelletier

     Keri Pelletier has been dancing and perfoming on stage since she was three years old. She has had the oportunity to be able to compete for over 8 years. Keri has been a dance teacher's assistant for over 8 years. Her training includes LA Dance Magic conventions Joe Tremaine Conventions, LA underground conventions Roland Dupree Conventions, Greg Russels Tap Sound 3D, and most recently Keri was Awarded the Al Gilbert Scholarship Award in Las Vegas. Keri has a very special talent to teach our younger dancers. We are excited to have her join our teaching staff.


Guynemer Caceres

     Guynemer Caceres first started dancing in Hip Hop teams during his first year in college. He started choreographing for competition teams 5 years ago and since then has taken top honors at Spotlight Dance Cup, International Dance Challenge and Urban Jamm in 2005. A year later he took top honors for choreography at Star Systems in 2006 and most recently at Starbound National Dance Competition in 2007. He has received numerous judges awards for his inventive and storytelling choreography. Aside from teaching and coaching, Guynemer has also been dancing professionally for the last 2 years. He has been featured in music videos for Natasha Bedingfield, One Republic and Daddy Yankee. He's performed in various dance shows all through Los Angeles including World of Dance Tour, Carnival (choreographers ball) and Monsters of Hip Hop. He has worked with some of LA's top choreographers and is currently signed with DDO Dance Agency.


Trisha Meseck

     Trisha Meseck has been dancing here at Pam Rossi’s Dance Ten for the past 14 years. She has competed for 8 years with the studio, and was privileged to be part of the Dance Dimensions Company her last year of competing. She has had other training with MPHS Varsity Dance Team, The Edge, LA Dance Magic Conventions, LA Dance Force Conventions, and Pacific Dance Project Conventions. She is going to college studying Kinesiology, Physical Education, and Dance to further her career as a professional dance teacher. She has been an assistant to our dance teachers for over 10 years and we are happy to have her join our teaching dance family.


Shannon Pape

    Shannon Pape grew up dancing and competing at Pam Rossi's Dance Ten. She won many awards such as LA Dance Magic Performer, Star Bound Star performer, and USA Star 02 and 04 to name a few. She has been a dance instructor for 5 years and now choreographs for Pam Rossi's performing companies. Not only does she teach, she dances professionally as well. She travels with the company HairDreams to all of there industrial events and dances for them, in New York City, Chicago, Orlando, Long Beach and soon Paris. Shannon also has danced for Pachanga Resort and Casino, Universal Studios, City of Hope and FAITA awards. Right now she is currently working on the feature film Bring It On CINCO, starring Cristina Milian, which is choreographed by Tony G.  

Beth Megill

     Originally from Oceanside, Beth is excited to return to Southern California. Teaching a variety of dance subjects including Modern, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Dance History, Choreography and Social Dance, Beth explores the fundamental elements of movement in her classroom as it related to all dance styles. With a background in Massage Therapy she integrates anatomy and kinesiology thoroughly into her technique classes. She has recently taught full-time at Fresno City College and the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, and enjoys her summers in Puebla, Mexico where she teaches and choreographs for a small contemporary dance company Quinto Elemento. Beth is co-founder and co-artistic director of Megill & Company, under which she and her sister Heather create new musicals and collaborative performances between musicians and dancers. Beth’s Master Thesis at UC Irvine focused on compositional theory and the structural craft of composition. She is also working toward completion of her certificate in the Language of Dance ®, a Laban based dance theory and notation system. Beth's current choreographic work reflects her passion for the nature of dance composition and relies heavily on music theory for its form and inspiration. In March of 2007, Beth produced her first one-woman show "La Unica" as part of the Fresno Rogue Festival.
